- Advertising/Spam/Inviting/Flooding
If you are in #WorldIRC and receive advertisements such as an invite, webpage, or any other form of "spam," you should contact a channel operator (@) immediately to handle the issue. A simple /notice or a /msg will do just fine to get the operator's attention. We ask that you inform the op, instead of handling the issue yourself to minimize offensive behavior. We do not permit any users to be cloned/proxy/filler in #WorldIRC. One client is all that is needed per user, therefore if someone is cloning ask him/her to remove the clone nicely and then notify an operator if they do not respond to your request.
